3 Large Granny Smith Apples
2 Packages of Cream Cheese @ Room Temp.
1 Container of Carmel @ Room Temp.
1 Glass Pie Plate
In a Glass Pie Plate spread 2 packages of room temp. Cream Cheese evenly. Spread the room temp. Carmel on top of the cream cheese.
Slice 3 large Granny Smith apples and then slice again. Put the apples in a zip lock bag with a little lemon juice on them and put in refrigerator for about 1 hour letting them soak in the lemon juice. Take them out and strain. Rinse them off and stick into carmel
Serve @ Room Temp

I have a recipe like this but I add one more ingredient that makes it so much more delicious. Buy a few heath toffee bars, crush them up and stir them in. So good, yummy with apples, or just by the spoonful!!
